Understand what they have to say but don’t let them dictate who you are and who you are ought to be.

Accept the fact that no matter what you do, if it’s different they will always find it ‘wrong’ and that’s okay! Don’t get offended or be like them, instead respect that every one has different beliefs and upbringings, respect as much as you want to be respected.

Last year, I kinda let go of my physical wellness. I’m an emotional eater sooo I eat mostly based on emotions. We all have our own struggles and our own way of dealing with it.

Starting February 2021, I’ve been so happy that I’m over the cycle of overeating then starving. I still cheat sometimes but not as bad as before. With my current meal plan, it gives me the right amount of what my body needs. ♥︎
